ALL ROOM RATES ARE PER TWO PERSON OCCUPANCY. Additional guests will be charged $40/adult guest during non-ski seasons, $50/adult guest during ski season (Kids under 10 yrs. are free).

Couples Renewing Weekend Package Enjoy two nights stay, our personalized dinner service for one evening, and in-house couples massage sessions of two 45 minute sessions for only $775.

Booking a larger party?
Book the main floor bedroom for $150/Night. California King and daybed sleeper for 2-3 guests. Mainfloor bathroom is a shared bath. This room is only booked to sleep additional guests to the suite party, keeping with our one party at a time policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Please take a moment to read our new cancellation policy, effective December 1, 2008
Because Casa Colorado offers an intimate setting of just one suite, we appreciate as much notice as possible should your plans change. At minimum, we require 21 days cancellation notice prior to your planned check-in date, and for stays of 3 days or longer a 45 day notice is required. In order to confirm all stays, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay will be taken. Noncompliance with this cancellation policy will result in the full amount charged to the responsible party. Should we be able to rebook cancelled or no-show dates, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to you. If booking within the cancellation period, our policy still applies.

Holiday Periods:
The above policy applies, with the stipulation that holiday period cancellations must be made 60 days in advance, or the full amount will be charged to the account. Holiday periods are as follows:
Christmas/New Year's: 12/22-01/04. A minimum stay of three nights is required to book within this period.
Memorial Day weekend: 05/22-05-25. A minimum stay of two nights is required.
Fourth of July weekend: 07/03-07/05. A minimum stay of two nights is required.
Labor Day weekend: 09/04-09/07. A minimum stay of two nights is required.

Casa Colorado accepts debit, credit cards and cash. We no longer accept personal checks.

Please consider:
Casa Colorado offers a artistic yet refined setting, one furnished with exotic fabrics and furnishings. This said, pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted within the suite, and may only be done outdoors in permitted areas. Also note that the suite is not fully child-proofed.

Stay in Spa Services:
We have a variety of talented local practitioners available to make house calls. Booking ahead is required.
Ask about massage, rolfing, yoga, etc!

Casa Colorado is also available to host small parties or gatherings. Ask about having your bridal shower, birthday, and weddings hosted and catered by us!
